Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician
Hartford HealthCare, a seven-hospital integrated health system in the state of CT, seeks a BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join our 10-physician group. We provide high-risk OB consultation to several hospitals in our region. Each year, our system performs approximately 8,000 deliveries with a busy Level IV NICU at our main hospital and a Level III NICU at a satellite hospital. In addition, we provide MFM care to the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center Fetal Care Program.
Our AIUM accredited ultrasound units perform detailed ultrasounds, fetal echocardiograms, amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. We manage complex medical complications of pregnancy on both an inpatient and outpatient basis and manage a busy transport service. We are affiliated with the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and are actively involved with teaching the medical students, residents, and MFM fellows. There is no in-house call but L&D coverage is possible.
Located just two hours from Boston and New York City, we are in the heart of some of New England’s most stunning communities offering you and your family nationally acclaimed schools, and a variety of housing and recreational options.
Applicants should remit a letter of interest and curriculum vitae to Jonathan Nye, Physician Recruiter, via email at Jonathan.Nye@hhchealth.org or call/text (860) 657-6087.
